Budgets are important to you, we are happy to discuss your budget situation and how we can accommodate that budget.  It is our belief that every artist should be awarded a career building product no matter what you paid for it, so call us and lets see if we can help you in your budgetary concerns.

Commercial work is by consultation and quote only.

Payment to all session musicians are to be paid directly to the session musicians.



POLICY ... please read and understand these guidelines listed below carefully.

Reserving Studio Time:

Reservation of studio time will be confirmed upon receipt of a PO or verbal statement from a record label or artist.  We encourage a 3-4 week booking schedule.  Before time can be held a 50% deposit and credit card on file is required. Deposit must be received no later than 14 days in advance of the scheduled session dates.

Billable hours for your session begin at scheduled time, PLEASE be on-time.

Cancellation:

Cancellation must occur at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled date and time.

pten studios has the right to retain all deposits if studio time is not canceled within the time frame stated above. 

pten studios reserves the right to charge full price for session cancellations that occurred without proper notice applied to the rescheduled sessions.

No project in any form will be released without payment in full.

(2 track roughs of the current days tracking are exempt)

Payments:

We accept cash, check, money orders, PayPal, Visa, Master Card and bank transfers as forms of payment.

On Self funded projects, all payments are to be made at the end of each days session.. no exceptions.  

If paying by check........

pten studios reserves the right to hold all projects until verified cleared by our bank.  Returned checks will be charged a $50.00 fee.

Project Storage:

Projects may be stored at pten studios for a period of 30 (thirty) days after completion of project. We will contact you to confirm a date to transfer all files to you.  Client must remove project from studio after this period or pay storage fees. Shipping charges incurred for the shipment of hard drives are billed at cost. Hard Drives are available from pten studios. Complete consolidation is provided, what does that mean??

1. Your project will have the entire Nuendo sessions backed up to your drive.

2. All tracks, fx, aux and groups on all songs will be consolidated to .wav files @ 24/48.

****File consolidation will allow any DAW the opportunity to open the project. ****

Project Contract:

A contract for our 'recording services' is required by planet10studios and its clients to help facilitate a complete understanding of what you expect from our team and what we expect from our clients. 

All rates quoted to the artist include the following:

• engineer
• amps
• guitars
• drums
• sample database

All other items that are specific to an artists' needs that shall be rented, will be applied to daily charges (at our cost) and paid for at the end of each days session by the artist.
